Cork businessman Danny Drew has made a formal bid to buy Cork City FC, according to reports.The former owner of Limerick FC has claimed that he will incur the existing debts in a bid to take control of the financially troubled club from Arkaga, according to a report in the Evening Echo.
RTE Sport reports that Drew is heading a consortium that hopes to hold talks with examiner Kieran McCarthy and accountant Neil Hughes.
